Providence St. Joseph Health RN - Clinical Program Coordinator in Walla Walla, Washington

Description Under the direction of the Dir Emergency Nursing, the Prog Coordinator RN works with nursing leadership, providers and departments within Providence to provide support for the furtherance of the strategic plan, telemedicine program and support of quality initiatives; Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of all specialty services, i.e. trauma, cardiac, neuro patients, sepsis, and knowledge of other specialty services, as well as case management principles; Ensures timely sharing of data and feedback to collaboratively improve patient care and nursing processes; and actively participates in quality improvement and offers education regarding patient care, protocols and processes for health system personnel. Shift: 0.7 FTE, 0840 - 8 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week, Day shift Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years experience in acute care Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution Experience in Cardiac, Neuro, ER and/or ICU Experience in Telemedicine Why Join Providence?
