Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis function with forecasting and budgeting results of our shared services functions and consolidation of results of our subsidiary business operation forecasts.Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions• Update, maintain and distribute internal finance reports and key performance indicators• Assist in the development and deployment of internal financial reporting dashboards• Assist with the Company’s variance analysis documentation for financial results compared to budget• Assist with the maintenance and governance of the Company's financial forecasts and budget data• Perform financial analyses for internal projects• Build relationships with business unit management to understand business and strategy• Conduct ad hoc business studies on past, future and comparative performancePosition Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field• 0 to 2 years of related financial experience required• Excellent Microsoft excel and analytical Skills• Exceptional quantitative skills and an ability to perform a variety of financial and business analyses• Ability to think logically, strategically and present complex data and ideas creatively and coherently• Ability to use software to increase efficiency and effectiveness• Knowledge of Oracle, Power BI, TM1 and SQL a plus• Must be able to handle multiple projects at once and work in a team environment* The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.New Jersey Resources is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
