Trinity Solar Cyber Security Engineer in Wall Township, New Jersey
The Security Engineer will work to implement new security initiatives and will have the responsibility for escalated incidents and overseeing configuration changes and enhancements. Job Category: Entry to senior level positions available. Work locations: In office, remote, hybrid schedules available. Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000 commensurate with experience and education. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for analyzing external and internal threats to protect sensitive data. Administer and manage network security devices. Investigate and resolve security incidents Assist in evaluating and developing solutions that will improve the overall company security. Assist in developing and implementing security incident response and operations processes. Create incident reports and documentation for security events as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience BS in Computer Science or Cyber security. Minimum 2-4 years experience in an IT Security related technical role. Hands-on experience administering security tools such as AV, DLP, EDR, email security, PAM, MSSP, UBEA, VM, web filtering, etc. Understanding and/or experience with incident detection and response, assessing threat intelligence, and vulnerability management. Knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based environments including Azure, Office 365, Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems. Programming experience in Python is a plus. Any penetration testing knowledge or experience is a plus. Relevant industry certifications from SANS, ISC2, Azure Security a plus. What We Offer Not just a career... but a career path to success!
