Position Summary:
The goal for the Sales Retention Specialist is to provide assistance to the Sales Success Team. They will be assisting the team with their work volume, answering incoming calls, and helping with missing documents. The Sales Retention Specialist with assist with any reports that need to be worked on and be available to work their scheduled shift. This role requires 1 night shift per week 11-7pm.
Responsibilities:
Manage a large amount of incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
Completing daily reports including customer updates (touch points), reviewing missing documents, reviewing new deals for accuracy, responding to chatters, emails, voicemails in a timely manner.
Keeping communication flowing between sales, operations, and local office so everyone is aware of current status
Experience:
High School Diploma
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Customer Service experience
Strong phone contact handling skills.
Microsoft Office experience
Salesforce experience helpful by not necessary
