FLSA Status: Hourly $17.05 - 18.10
- This is a full-time permanent position eligible for enrollment in company benefit plans after 60 days and 40 hours Vacation time after 90 days
- Hours- 5:45am -4:00 am Monday- Friday some Saturdays

*Position Purpose Summary: *The Repack Forklift Driver is responsible for running the scales, and hauling finished product to the freezer. Additionally, keeping all productions lines full with pallets and packaging. All drivers must have a company issued forklift license in their position at all times, and are responsible to maintain a clean, safe, and organized area. Applicable department/area of responsibility training to be completed and maintained.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
- Responsible for opening and loading product on hopper.
- Label all trash bins with appropriate label (i.e.: Waste, Plastic, Cardboard)
- Ensure correct tote & Pallet type is used for each customer
- Record number of pallets used daily
- Communicate clearly with the Freezer driver supplying ingredients to the lines
- Ensure that labeling and weights are correct on finished product pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any and all accidents (including near miss accidents) immediately to supervisor
- Be observant of physical environment, forklift traffic, co-workers, and hazards
- Be familiar with equipment E-Stop locations for emergency use
- Responsible for supplying bulk and bagger line with pallets, boxes, liners, and bagger film
- Responsibility to understand and review daily schedule and line leaders
- Be familiar with pallet stacking patterns for both bagger and bulk lines
- Responsible for wrapping and tagging finished product from bulk and bagger line
- Responsible for confirming pallet labels match carton labels including quality on each pallet & record all finished pallet labels on the repack finished product sheets as applied
- Put away all unfinished packaging materials at the end of shift, including the covering wrapping of these pallets prior to putting them back in their proper storage location
- Responsible for checking ingredient totes supplied by the freezer against the Repack order worksheet provided daily
- Responsible for communicating any concerns or discrepancies to floor supervisor, QA, or Repack manager prior to use
- Responsible for placing totes on hoppers (up to 15 hoppers)
- Responsible for removing empty containers from hoppers and moving these to the recycle area
- Responsible for removing finish totes from the blend line
