South County Hospital Human Resources Business Partner in Wakefield, Rhode Island

The HRBP provides consultation and support to designated business units, optimizing a productive and positive employee relations climate in support of the Hospital’s strategic plan. Uses knowledge of various human resource functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations and staff development to support both staff and line managers. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions that reflect hospital objectives. Articulates an understanding of business goals, strengths and opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business or related field required with specific coursework in Human Resources. PHR/SPHR is strongly preferred. Three-five years related experience, including significant employment and employee relations experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is required.
