We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and execute a wide range of projects under the MIL-CON program, including new construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance for the US Navy, US Army, and US Air Force. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from simple to complex, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance with military standards.**

ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONS:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure for military installations
• Manage project development from conception through completion
• Coordinate with military personnel and contractors to deliver projects that meet MIL-CON program requirements
• Ensure project feasibility through analysis of technology, resource availability, and government regulations
• Prepare, review, and update project reports and documentation
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 7 years experience in civil engineering, with specific experience in MIL-CON
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) design criteria and MIL-CON standards
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in diverse environments and adhere to strict security protocols

*LOCATION: Honolulu, HI *SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - 120,000 per year depending on experience
