Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a positive buying experience. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their preferences and budget - Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals - Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely delivery of vehicles - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and current promotions - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Maintain a valid driver's license

Experience: - Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is required - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills - Familiarity with sales support tools such as CRM software, inventory control systems, and sales pipelines - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
