Under direct supervision of the Assistant Technical Director of Slots, oversees and supervises all Slot Tech personnel. This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises and assigns staff to slot duties, including equipment maintenance, conversion, and machine replacement. Tracks the gaming machines malfunctions, cause and parts involved. Supervises all Slot Tech personnel. Creates schedule to ensure adequate coverage. Assists for hiring, termination, and discipline of all Slot Tech personnel and reports/documentation therein. Responsible for the training of all Slot Tech personnel relative to gaming machines. Responsible maintaining gaming machines parts inventory. Assist in ordering and receiving gaming machines parts. Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the slot shop. Implements and supervises all gaming machines conversions, moves, and installations. Assist with the planning and budget preparation for the slot department. Follow up checks on work performed in the department. Oversees the installation of gaming machines. Prepares reports on day to day activities of the department. Responsible for the enforcement of Internal Controls, and National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) guidelines. Maintains a good communication with team members and maintains a positive and professional work environment. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Performs other duties as required.
