Job Description:

The Special Missions Group (SMG) division is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance who will be the program finance analyst for the Sky Warden capital program in support of the broader Armed Overwatch portfolio. This role will be responsible for performing various analyses and maintaining the financial performance for this capital program. As a PFA, this role will require coordination with internal stakeholders and providing useful and timely data to support the capital management team and leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for monthly forecasting and analyses of internally funded capital program.

  • Provides financial analysis including actuals, estimate to complete (ETC), estimate at complete (EAC), and Earned Value (EV) based on inputs from the program team for regularly occurring program reviews.

  • Monitors, analyzes, estimates and reports cost and schedule performance against baseline.

  • Coordinates with capital management team and generates program financial artifacts such as reports, graphs, and analysis, as required for internal reporting.

  • Recommends and implements process improvements with regards to financial analysis and financial reporting.

  • Provides ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  • Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Deltek Cobra

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with internally funded programs and financial analyses.

  • Experience with SAP, SMART View, Hyperion/Oracle EPM preferred.
