Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 / Hour + depending on experience 

What you'll be doing as a CNC Drill Line Operator:

  • Set up and operate CNC drill line machines to drill, cut, and shape metal parts per engineering blueprints and specifications.

  • Inspect and verify the accuracy of finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine setup and material requirements.

  • Monitor machine operations, adjusting settings as needed to ensure quality and precision.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with CNC machines.

  • Adhere to safety regulations and ensure work area is clean and organized.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines.

  • Record and report production data and machine performance.

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in CNC operations is preferred.

  • Proven experience operating CNC drill line machines, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

  • Strong understanding of precision measuring tools and equipment.

  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to lift and handle materials as required for the job.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting.
