Description

Our esteemed client is searching for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain our billing system, issuing invoices, follow-ups, and taking care of unpaid accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and deliver invoices to our clients.

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.

• Manage collection efforts and associated functions.

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Generate and analyze monthly financial statements.

• Maintain client relationships and resolve client billing problems.

  Requirements

• Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.

• Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

• Hands-on experience in operating computer software and MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong analytical skills along with ability to be detail-oriented.
