JEVS Human Services Workforce Advisor in United States

Currently we have an exciting opportunity as a Workforce Advisor. As the Workforce Advisor, you will assist participants in becoming job-ready. Additionally, you will assist participants with accessing resources in the community.

This role is on-site in our Center City Philadelphia office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network and establish relationships with the County Assistance Offices, Community Agencies, Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Organizations, and other agencies as needed.

  • Provide case management; complete case notes and follow-up services.

  • Work with job developers to transition participants to employment.

  • Provide advice to participants on job searching and skill development to become more competitive in the job market.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Employment services experience preferred

The base pay for this position ranges from $43,000 to $47,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
