Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure registrations of all kinds of limits, including credit limit, market risk limit, etc. in a timely manner with accuracy.

  • Manage end-to-end credit control operations to ensure adherence to internal procedures & regulatory requirements, application requirement and timely reporting and data integrity.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Service Legal Agreements in BAU.

  • Perform other job duties such as ad-hoc reports or projects, etc. as assigned by Department Head/Team Lead from time to time.

  • Assist Team Lead to establish and monitor implementation of appropriate procedures and solutions to enhance the credit control efficiency.

  • Assist Team Lead to supervise and provide guidelines to subordinates to complete their assigned duties efficiently and ensure the accuracy.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations and System Teams to create/enhance the workflows by automation.

  • Maintain a strong partnership with Marketing Departments and other Operations Departments for day-to-day collaboration and procedure enhancements.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate/territory education with minimum 8 years of working experience in credit control.

  • Knowledge in financing structure is required and strong awareness of compliance and internal credit controls in banking sector.

  • Detailed oriented, able to multi-tasks and work under pressure and deadlines.

  • Advanced analytical skills applicable to streamlining operational processes and improving productivity and efficiency.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence changes cross-functionally.

  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
