UI/UX Design Lead Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Description : Position Summary As the UI/UX Design Lead at Client, you'll be a key member of our marketing team, shaping compelling and effective user experiences for our web initiatives. You'll own the UI/UX design strategy, ensuring that all digital solutions are user-centric, visually striking, and aligned with marketing goals. Your role will blend strategic leadership with hands-on design work, including developing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Collaborating with marketing teams, project managers, and developers, you'll ensure our digital experiences not only support campaign objectives but also enhance our brand and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Strategy: Develop and lead the UI/UX strategy for marketing web and digital experiences. Creative Leadership: Drive the creation of innovative user interfaces and experiences. Provide feedback to ensure solutions meet high standards of quality and usability. Wireframes & Prototypes: Create and oversee the development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Ensure designs are user-centric and effectively communicate the intended user experience. Design Systems & Standards: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing digital platforms. Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design. Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams, project managers, and developers to align UI/UX design with marketing goals. Ensure designs are feasible and meet campaign objectives. Work with developers during the build to ensure accurate implementation and resolve any technical issues. Design Performance: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of designs for target audience and refine them to enhance user experience as needed. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply new insights to keep Client’s marketing digital experiences innovative and competitive. Brand Integration: Ensure that all design solutions support client’s brand identity and enhance marketing initiatives.
