We’re looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator to join our ORS division working in Belgium.

Mölnlycke is now looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator.

This key role focuses on maintaining stellar transportation, boosting the efficiency of our entire supply chain.

The goal of this position is to consistently deliver high-quality transportation services.

This involves ensuring daily satisfaction for both internal and external customers and establishing a well-organized transportation structure that improves over time, supporting all aspects of supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilize TMS to monitor and optimize logistics flows, ensuring service excellence and cost-efficiency.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to solve deviations and improve transport solutions.

  • Lead operational performance meetings and support strategic quarterly business reviews.

  • Develop and update SOPs, manage EDI and data flows, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase quality, reduce costs, and improve service.

    Qualification and experience

  • Practical experience within logistics (including inbound, outbound, transport) or bachelor degree

  • Documented customer-oriented approach

  • Exposure of international environment

  • Analytical and monitoring skill set is required

  • Experience from work with continuous improvement

    Competencies

  • Communication skills English/French (any other language is a plus)

  • IT knowledge(SAP / ERP, Microsoft Office)
