ICONMA, LLC Supply Base Management Specialist in United States

Supply Base Management Specialist Main job responsibilities:

  • Learn and practice applicable Client policies and procedures.

  • Leads efforts establish executable plans, ensure performance plan, mitigate risk and resolve supply chain issues (technical or non-technical).

  • Engages suppliers and provides technical assistance in areas such as manufacturing, planning, and requirements interpretation.

  • Monitors metrics and manages work movements through a gated process and ensures process compliance.

  • Communicates with internal customers and stakeholders.

  • Assists suppliers in developing plans and monitors suppliers' performance-to-plan.

  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to implement new processes or improve existing processes.

    What you will do:

  • Execute work movements.

  • Monitors emergent offload/overload suppliers including processors, philanthropic, machine shop and sheet metal shop to ensure schedule compliance and product conformity.

  • Identifies, establishes, and maintains priorities for deliveries of products, services and data.

  • Co-facilitates with the supplier the development of a recovery plan and unplanned demand requirements.

  • Overall improvement of supplier’s readiness and Operations health

  • Participates with the procurement agent in on-site supplier assessments Skills and qualifications:

  • More than 7 years of related work experience

  • More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors.

  • More than 3 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA)

  • More than 3 years of experience in a role that required Scheduling, Project / Factory Management skills.

  • More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.

  • This role will be in the field i.e. visiting suppliers to monitor & control manufacturing projects and communicate with all stakeholders, in support of procurement activities. Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor and 6 or more years' related work experience
