Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst in the NAVSUP Navy ERP Business Office within Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Business Systems Center (BSC). Responsibilities You will ensure that all pertinent laws, regulations and authorized procedures are followed. You will supervise a professional level staff with some personnel at remote sites. You will perform the full range of duties as a first level supervisor including evaluating performance of subordinates. You will ensure that IT / Supply programs conform to system design specifications prior to operational use by the customer. You will function as the Supervisor of the FLC Support which provides support of Production issues, NHDSM ticket administration and project management for Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and HAZMAT functional teams within the NAVSUP EBO. You will lead a functional supply support team to ensure business requirements of mission partners are delivered as part of the Information Technology (IT) Supply Solution. You will lead a team in identifying requirements, business process gaps, and work to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer, stakeholders proposing technical alternative. You will coordinate across all functional teams to ensure the IT Supply Solution is both effective and compatible with internal and external system procedures. You will manage projects and lead functional SMEs, other team members, and mission partners in collaboration of a project, task and providing a Navy IT Supply Solution for customer business requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Providing IT Logistics and supply system guidance to support the Navy ERP Business Office in the procedural, technical, and planning aspects of automated systems and policy; and practices pertaining to new and/or improved business processes;2) Build and manage an IT workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations and staffing needs;3) Assisting with identification of the required system changes resulting from new process, procedure, or policy requirements in the process area;4) Analyzing and solving Supply and Supply Chain problems to ensure the successful maintenance and sustainment of supply functions in Navy ERP, in response to business requirements, risks, and costs;5) Providing customer support to explain how the system operates, and is designed and provides customer training in principles, capabilities, navigation, and performing business transactions;6) Providing risk analysis and remediation, business role management, access request management, training, and ensure compliance with established policies at the Command and Enterprise level.
