Mental Health Partners SUD Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Therapist in United States

As our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Therapist you will provide about nine (9) hours of group therapy per week and provide induvial therapy with clients who have substance use and cooccurring disorders in a team environment. You will manage a smaller, varying case load by checking in on clients, getting updates and building your own case load. You will report to the Adult Outpatient Services Program Supervisor and will be an in-person role in Boulder, CO.

Job Profile:

  • Are you passionate about running groups for an intensive outpatient program?

  • Do you have experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD), working with medium to high acuity clients?

  • Do you have experience with a diverse level of client populations that may include dual diagnosis, houseless, low income, SUD?

  • Do you want to get your Licensed Addition Counselor (LAC)? We would support you with training and supervision.

What We Need:

  • Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Or twelve (12) months away from full licensure

  • Three (3) years related clinical experience

  • Willing to obtain LAC - paid for by us if you don't have it

  • Three (3)+ years experience providing clinical assessments and brief intervention
