About the Role

StackPath is looking for a Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional to join our growing sales organization. The role will focus on delivering enterprise-level New Logo accounts against a monthly targeted quota selling StackPath’s portfolio of services. Actively engaging and participating in account review and planning sessions in a cadence-like setting, answering to multiple levels of sales management.

Operating in a self-starter-like manner and being able to operate independently at times. Maintaining an expert understanding of customer/prospect business, industry, and challenges. Leveraging marketing resources to generate new logo opportunities, in addition to self-generated pipeline of strategic new logo accounts.

Position will report to: Vice President of Strategic Enterprise Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities from prospecting into high-target accounts and following up with marketing generated leads ​.

  • Interact with prospects via email and Zoom with a high attention to customization and detail ​.

  • Consistently achieve qualified sales quota to help meet quarterly and annual revenue goals ​.

  • Quickly learn the StackPath product(s), effectively communicate our value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions ​.

  • Research prospect accounts, generate interest, and develop opportunities​.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target markets and stay up to date on industry news ​.

    Requirements ​:

  • 4-6 years of experience selling solutions to executives at fortune 500 accounts ​.

  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally ​.

  • Experience working with large enterprise customers moving to the cloud or working directly with Hyperscaler customers ​.

  • A real passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment ​.

  • Proven track record leading significant revenue and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals ​.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM strongly desired ​.

  • Strong understanding of sales best practices and procedures. ​

  • Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast paced and flexible environment ​.

    Preferred ​

  • Tech startup experience ​.

  • Experience with Cloud Technologies. ​
