You will help define the next generation experience for Citrix Workspace app on desktop platforms and modernize tech stack. Position Overview

Our team, Citrix Workspace app, is the preferred way to access all Citrix Workspace services. Citrix Workspace app is used by millions of users to do their day to day work. You will help define the next generation experience for Citrix Workspace app on desktop platforms and help modernize our Automation stack and CI/CD processes and leading our quality effort. Key responsibilities

  • Leading end to end quality for Citrix Workspace App for our 50 M+ user base.

  • Responsible for planning and executing functional and system level tests for products across various Windows OS versions to test various features.

  • Responsible for driving Automation effort and creating a highly scalable and stable Automation suites integrated as part of CI/CD.

  • Responsible for creating and driving improvement in key objective metrices like regression, defect density, automation % etc to measure quality.

  • Embrace Agile development methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM etc.).

  • Work with all the stakeholder to build effective test plans and put necessary quality gates for a release.

  • Builds out interdependent test beds, and can write effective plans based off of functional, design and requirements specification.

  • Responsible for working with Sales, support and customers to answer product related queries and resolve issues.

  • Establishes and maintains thorough and accurate documentation of all work including status updates to summarize project highlights.

  • Interprets project activities ongoing to ensure prioritization of deliverables and accuracy in estimated milestone parameters.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with minimum of 6+ years of hands on dev experience.

  • You need to be customer obsessed and passion for delivering very high-quality products.

  • You need to have very strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading complex projects.

  • Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficiency in Windows OS eco system like Active directory etc (Install, configure) and good networking knowledge.

  • Very good understanding of modern Automation and CI/CD strategies

  • Knowledge of various testing methodologies.

  • Proficient in scripting language like Power-Shell, and hands on experience in coding.

  • Experience in C#, Python is added advantage.

  • Good understanding of Automation Frameworks like Pester, selenium etc.

  • Experience working in an Agile (preferably scrum) environment and knowledge of tools (GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, TeamCity etc.).
