This position will support our ComputerEase Product line.

The candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality accounting software support to clients using Deltek products.

  • Working in a team environment and providing support to customers via phone, email, chat and the internet.

  • Assessing the nature of customer problems and resolving most support issues.

Work Location:US RemoteQualifications: Qualifications:

  • Customer service and/or software support experience

  • Experience with support of accounting software is required

  • Basic knowledge of Accounting principles, preferably gained through working with Accounting applications OR within an educational setting

  • Successful background and experience working in a team environment

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

    Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Accounting/Bookkeeping principles

  • Direct experience with ComputerEase software is a plus
