Summary

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be a key addition to our growing marketing team. This role will lead efforts in product positioning, messaging, and objection handling and as well as create assets to support demand generation, customer marketing and field enablements to help drive Radformation’s global growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Radformation suite, vision and future roadmap and utilize storytelling skills to translate the value into compelling narratives that resonate with various segments.

  • Conduct market research to gather intelligence on customer preferences, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.

  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.

  • Develop presentations and materials that simplify intricate concepts and highlight the benefits of our products.

  • Works as a bridge between product management and customer to gather feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.

  • Participate in planning and execution of product launches, including go-to-market strategies.

  • Empower the sales team with competitive analysis, training and strategies to enhance their product knowledge and position our products effectively against competitors.

  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product introductions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and thought leaders.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in the radiation oncology industry, plus for additional experience in EMEA market

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Self motivated, collaborative, creative and analytical

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Some travel required

    Salary listed is in USD for US-based employees and will be commensurate with experience. Salary range will vary for international candidates and be commensurate with experience and geographical location.
