Salary range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

  • Lead creation of use cases for testing and for key cut-over activities (e.g., details for communications, related training materials, etc.).

  • Support management of application deployment responsibilities from a process perspective.

  • Act as change agent and representatives of the future state process - the go-to for all process knowledge.

  • Support the creation and expansion of an internal process knowledge base for user support and learning.

  • Help provide ongoing support for end users, communications, and training, partnering with the IT Support Leader, software vendor and support team.

  • Partner with the CLM Support Leader to form an operational COE (documentation, communications to end users, support mode definitions, etc.) and debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Docusign CLM implementation and on-going maintenance.

  • Partner with the Technical Product Owner on further integrations between CLM and Salesforce, Insight, Analyzer, and eSignature, as well as expansion of associated use cases.

  • Stay up to date with Docusign CLM updates, features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Contribute to documentation efforts for Docusign CLM processes, configurations, and workflows (including building/adjusting templates, reports, and workflows).

  • Support the administration of the overall Docusign suite of applications (CLM, Insight, Analyzer, eSignature).

  • Track and audit adoption, KPIs, and compliant use of the Docusign suite of applications.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.

  • Own the Docusign product roadmap.

  • Coordinate with the Technical Product Owner on Docusign design decisions and the implementation of the product roadmap.

  • Oversee the configuration of the holistic DocuSign platform features to meet specific business process requirements.

  • Ensure that key functional requirements for business teams are met by the system.

  • Manage “look and feel” configuration for Docusign applications, as needed.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on alignment of DocuSign requirements to connected systems.

  • Coordinate with the Technical Product Owner on connected systems impact to Docusign design and alignment with the product roadmap.

  • Partner with other IT Departments related to integrations with the Docusign Platform.

  • Work closely with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, vendor teams, the IT Support Lead, and the Technical Product Owner to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Support client demos, user acceptance testing, and proof-of-concept projects for clients evaluating Docusign.

  • Participate in testing of solutions created by vendors and in-house resources.

  • Ensure alignment of configured systems to business requirements.

  • Collaborate on documentation of test cases and strategies.

  • Coordinate and lead end user acceptance testing of configured solutions.

  • Perform regression testing of prior configuration.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business process flows, design decisions, and configurations.

  • Create backlog documentation to support the product roadmap.

  • Support the development team in following defined documentation guidelines.

  • Provide oversight and recommendations related to DocuSign platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working with legal and/or sales teams in a consulting or business analysis capacity.

  • At least 4 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of software within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space.

  • Proven track record and positive reputation within the Docusign community for software knowledge, successful implementations, and collaborative approach.

  • Strong ability to understand, interpret, and translate technical requirements from non-technical business partners and team members, as well as effectively communicate technical topics to diverse audiences.

  • Process and systems background with deep knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies.

  • Experience supporting large, global, multi-functional implementation in multiple languages.

  • Knowledgeable in domestic and international data privacy/residency regulations.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Salesforce.com, Workday, & other legal platforms.

  • Location preferred: Atlanta, but open to remote (as long as you are working EST Hours)

  • Travel required: 1 week per month to ATL HQ (Can be flexible).

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
