Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a highly motivated manager of Go-to-market (GTM) Specialists to drive adoption and revenue for Amazon EUC Services which consist of Amazon WorkSpaces, Amazon AppStream, and Amazon WorkDocs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the team that is defining and executing the worldwide go-to-market and new business development strategy.

To deliver results for our customers, our people matter. As a team lead in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to generate growth in customer adoption by building new routes to market and new strategic partnerships, setting the strategic business development plan, developing and refining selling motions and driving field sales enablement, influencing new service development, and establishing wins with lighthouse customers. Key capabilities include collaboration with product and service teams, Solutions Architects, Sales, Partners and engagements at the CxO level within strategic accounts, alliance development, and strong skills leading complex negotiations. This role also involves building and supporting a high performance organization with great employee engagement, collaboration, and work/life harmony.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, and/or program/product management experience

  • 5-10 years selling or driving partnerships and programs around cloud, hosted and managed services in technology industry

  • 5+ years’ experience selling End User Computing technologies, preferably cloud based, with hands on experience in use of services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading a team of business development, channel development, marketing and/or sales professionals

  • Record of influencing product teams on product strategy and implementation, preferably in EUC and/or VDI solutions

  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 and/or Global 2000 organizations

  • Experience with cloud computing and or related fields (IT, software, etc)

  • Solid negotiation skills, and business and financial acumen

  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight in order to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the business

  • Ability to develop business justifications for cloud technology roadmap adoption including financial modeling and business transformation scenarios

  • Experience with, and detailed knowledge of the support market and insights related to cloud computing and IT

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience

  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role

  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
