Solution Specialist, Insights

Numerator is a services-enabled tech and data firm that brings together omnichannel marketing, merchandising and sales data to help brands understand what people buy and why. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting inbound communication from clients around the subscription and services they subscribe to. Solution Specialists deliver a best in class customer service experience utilizing their deep knowledge of Numerator’s data sets coupled with effective questioning and listening skills. You will grow the skills required to become a trusted advisor to our clients, from suggesting better methodologies to address their research objectives to delivering insights from our data in a meaningful, actionable way. This role requires excellent customer service support and a professional and empathetic attitude.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Guide client users on Numerator's web based platforms to navigate the system, interpret results and design reports to answer business questions while maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude.

  • Providing prompt and thorough response to client inquiries.

  • Utilize designated support solutions/software in order to manage and document customer interactions.

  • Connect client business needs to Numerator solutions in order to support client retention and growth.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Numerator data, solutions and services including key differentiators.

  • Educate clients on data methodology, site navigation and report outputs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Facilitate resolution of issues with respective internal teams through designated internal systems.

  • Support and communicate with clients on operational and analytical elements of survey projects (e.g., questionnaire feedback, sample selection criteria and quota design, quality checks, methodological design, etc.)

  • Should be well-versed in both Numerator Insights & Survey offerings and capabilities as well as broad awareness of the full suite of Numerator data sources to ensure content addresses client objectives

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a passion for marketing

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent).

  • Prefer experience with large data sets a plus.

  • Self-confidence coupled with strong presentation skills.

  • Strong communication skills, adept at multitasking and task prioritization

  • Experience with quantitative research is a plus

  • Experience working with large data sets to build a story a plus.

  • Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail or Market Research Industry is a plus.
