Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. DTD consultants are empowered to innovate, leveraging their subject matter expertise with best-of-breed and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions in Financial Management, Human Capital and Mission Support across our Defense, Homeland Security, Federal Civilian, and Intel clients. This is a unique opportunity to join our exceptional team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the DHS component agencies in the implementation and deployment of their One Number solution.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Applying theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications

  • Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions

  • Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights

  • Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines

  • Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy

  • Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant OneStream experience or any of the following: Anaplan, C#, VB.NET, Python, Oracle Hyperion Planning, IBM Cognos/TM1 or SAP BPC Financial Reporting and Workday Adaptive Planning

  • SQL experience with Oracle databases or SQL Server, to manage and manipulate data effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders

  • Experience working in an agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing OneStream business rules.

  • Any OneStream Certifications, to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to professional development

  • General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements

  • Comfortable with the full software development life cycle

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust with DHS

The projected compensation range for this position is $72,100-$120,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
