The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work within this team to develop, execute, and analyze strategies to promote products, increase brand awareness, nurture audience engagement, and generate leads, primarily through the social media channel.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop, execute, and analyze multiple native and paid social media campaigns
Regularly engage with existing social media audience, influencers, and partners
Leverage social media channel to increase audience, generate leads, enhance engagement, and drive sales
Develop visual content through graphic design, photography, and video as able
Assist with web, email, and other marketing channels as needed
Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith
Proven experience and success with executing effective native and paid social media marketing campaigns
Broad understanding and use of social media and third-party management platforms
Familiarity with other marketing technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and website CMS
Knowledge of and ability to assist with web, email, and other marketing channels
Ability to provide and analyze thorough reporting on campaign results and ROI
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other relevant tools
Microsoft Office program proficiency
Experience with graphic design, photography, and/or video production preferred
Strong creative writing skills
Understanding of and ability to maintain corporate branding across all platforms
Basic understanding of coding, HTML helpful
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, virtual team environment
Ability to manage several projects, including strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently and flexibly
3-5 years relevant marketing experience

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic/Web Design or other related field preferred or a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
Working Environment:
The incumbent may be required to travel a few times a year
