Innovative Metrics Social Media Manager in United States

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing and creating engaging content for a variety of brands and audiences. They will help grow and expand the company's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  • Create quality content that aligns with Innovative Metrics’ brands and mobilizes our consumers to positively engage with us on social media and our businesses.

  • Engage consumers by responding to comments and messages, creating interactive post ideas, and establishing our brands as a discussion leader across all social platforms.

  • Ability to create original video content for social platforms in a variety of lengths and formats

  • Grow our social communities by having a strong knowledge of what types of content breaks through each platform

  • Ideate ways for Innovative Metrics to have a presence on channels we are not currently active on and identify how to leverage new platforms as a creative opportunities

  • Ensure brand consistency in social media marketing messages by working with various company members on social media implementation.

  • Reputational risk management, work with colleagues to ensure all customer service issues are resolved, answer any questions and provide feedback.

  • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Lives and breathes social – thrives off of creating content and communications that genuinely connect with audiences

  • Inclusive, creative, courageous, discerning, curious, and devoted to the customer

  • Doesn’t just follow trends, is inspired to create their own

  • Several years of direct social media experience with proven track record

  • Comprehensive, nuanced understanding of all social platforms, including emerging creative sensibility and a keen eye for look and feel

  • Results-driven with the ability to analyze data and deduce implications for social and engagement strategies

  • Highly motivated self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment

  • Quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, stress-tolerant, problem-solver

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
