Site Manager - Industrial Construction

NATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED - 10-20 Week Projects

Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire a Site Managers for large-scale industrial conveyor projects the accross the country. The pay range is $95-105k + Incentives annually based on experience. We are looking for experienced leaders to work with our Nashville based team of dedicated, organized, and results-driven professionals.

Job Duties:

  • Participate as part of a project team consisting of Project Managers, Buyers, Engineers, and other key personnel to successfully complete conveyor and material handling projects.

  • Oversee on-site construction for complex projects, typically lasting 10-20 weeks in duration.

  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers on staffing, scheduling, system layout, and safety issues.

  • Oversee inbound receipt of equipment, resolving any inventory issues on site.

  • Prepare and submit project reports, including daily reports, punch lists, engineering as-builts, and any other site-specific documentation required.

  • Conduct workplace safety audits, writing job hazard reports and task training outlines to ensure safety compliance.

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.

  • Familiarity with a variety of construction concepts, practices, and procedures, especially in conveyor installation or material handling .

  • Ability to make sound judgments and effectively lead others on-site.

  • Proven ability to plan for and achieve project goals.

  • Represent Ultimate LLC well to clients and partners with professionalism and integrity.

  • Completion of, or willingness to obtain within 2 months, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry or OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training.

  • Licensed to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, or other equipment .

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office , AutoCAD Viewer , and ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Strong work ethic, ability to collaborate well with others, and a positive, can-do attitude.
