About the Role
As an SEO Content Specialist, you will report to the Sr. SEO Manager and work closely with others on the SEO team. You will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing content to improve our organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
Responsibilities
Review and audit existing SEO content to find new and missed opportunities and make recommendations for improvement based on SEO best practices
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords for our target audience
Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings
Write compelling, high-quality and SEO-friendly website content including blog posts, articles, website copy, page descriptions and other digital assets
Identity and optimize site pages by creating SEO wireframes
Track, analyze and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO industry tools
Manage the SEO content calendar for English and international blogs
Conduct extensive keyword research to align with our Global SEO strategy
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital assets
Continuously test and refine SEO strategies to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
3+ years of SEO experience
Knowledge of contemporary SEO principles and methodology
Excellent written skills; ability to organize and present information on screen and verbally with a team
Creative problem solver with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to SEO
Deep knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factors
Strong familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Preferred Requirements
Cybersecurity industry knowledge
Working experience with WordPress
Understanding of Technical SEO such as: website architecture, 301 redirects and proper canonicalization
