About this Role
We are currently hiring a Senior Training Specialist for our Global Project Leadership Group! In this role you would be charged with; S upporting the professional development and training initiatives for Global Project Leadership (GPL) and Global Project Leadership Shared Services (GPLSS), both at a regional and a global scale. Ensuring the alignment of training programs with overarching GPL goals and strategies. Fostering strong relationships with key contacts across GPL and other relevant functions. Overseeing the entire training lifecycle (design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain) with the ability to deliver high-impact training programs that contribute to the growth of GPL capabilities and provide support for audit and inspection activities, and quality event support as assigned.
In this role, you will:
Serve as Global/Regional Training Leadership, providing consultancy on training related matters and align course content to changes/updates in system, process, organization and regulation
Work closely with GPLSS/GPL teams to understand the full training needs / requirements, how they are implemented, and the strategies in each region
Assess GPL’s core training program in alignment with industry trends and market demands
Establish new training programs as requested from GPLSS/GPL leadership
Design and Develop training modules, determining the best method of training implementation; instructor-led training, self-learning, etc.
Collaborate with in-house design experts and subject matter experts on development of training materials
Coordinate, schedule, and deliver functional training, system, and/or tool training as assigned
Identify improvement opportunities for new or enhanced training and / or delivery methods, audit/inspections, and quality issues
Provide audit and inspection support, as assigned. This may include providing assistance and advice for audit and inspection preparation; providing training-related or other input for audits and inspections as assigned; reviewing assigned audit/inspection responses

You will have:
Minimum of 5 years’ strong working experience in Clinical Research industry (Pharma or CRO), from a Project Leadership background
Previous training development and/or delivery experience PREFERRED
Excellent project and budget management and leadership skills
Ability to deliver effective training
Demonstrated commitment to being available and responsive to the needs of colleagues, providing support and assistance as needed
Proven relationship management (ability to create and maintain a strong network)
Ability to work with and influence senior leadership, peers, and team members
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Minimum BS/BA degree level (biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline preferred) or equivalent qualification or clinical research experience.
