Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead industry specific marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role is critical in generating demand, building brand awareness, and developing thought leadership within priority industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, with a strong concentration in industry trends specific, but not limited to, Finance, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer, Public Sector and Technology.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and the creative team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that target key industries. You will closely support the vertical sales teams with the goal of driving revenue growth for each industry
Key Responsibilities
Industry-Specific Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive budgeted marketing plan tailored to the needs of each vertical. Strategies should include a strong account-based marketing (ABM) focus.
Campaign Execution: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting key industry stakeholders. This includes trade shows, conferences, webinars, workshops, and other programs aimed at engaging prospects and customers.
Event Management: Help execute industry-specific events, from trade shows, membership opportunities, round table executive discussions, road shows and other industry specific engagements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and content teams to help create compelling messaging, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with the industry audience.
Marketing Content Industry Adaptation: Edit marketing content and assets to make them relevant for your industry-specific audience while following all brand guidelines. Work with the content team to ensure all website and content messaging aligns with industry trends and business needs.
Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, customers, and partners. Develop co-marketing initiatives and thought leadership content that highlights successful customer stories and partnership achievements.
Budget Management: Own the budget for marketing activities within the industry(s) Manage spending and ROI analysis for all campaigns and events, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Public Relations: Work closely with the PR firm to promote industry specific solutions via publications, advertorials, press releases and thought leadership pieces.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure the success of field marketing programs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, customer engagement, pipeline contribution, and sales growth. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in industry-field marketing, demand generation, or other industry-specific marketing roles.
Campaign Management: Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution. Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels, including events, digital (PPC, SEM,SEO), social media, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Sales Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales teams, understand sales objectives, and align marketing strategies to support pipeline and revenue goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft industry-specific messaging and work cross-functionally with teams in the organization.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Global work time flexibility.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
