Overview
Manages performance teams servicing large key clients. Leads on workforce planning, career development, coaching, and training. Technical & Product Formulate account-specific service tactics, utilizing team orientation. Direct and dedicated management of larger enterprise accounts within respective BU’s Supervises project briefs and collaborates with account leads on media briefs and pre-requisites Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency Owns performance-related client communications and directs staff and other functional departments Manages career paths by coaching and mentoring direct reports Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company reporting and data needs Selects, develops and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function Team management including reviewing utilization data, participating in the hiring and recruiting process, and developing employees for career progression Innovative & Analytical Mindset Leads initiatives to design and build reporting tools & information dashboards Works with Strategy & Analytics to help set the strategic vision for the account May monitor the research and analysis of the account’s (industry) markets, competition, and develops presentations on strategic wins, service scope expansion on future market proposition Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results Able to create tailored workflows to help streamline operations and communication across the board.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years experience in a digital media domain Significant leadership experience required Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with a deep understanding of ad platforms and activation expertise Extensive client-facing experience to lead digital governance, initiatives, strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to engage with planning teams and also brand leaders on the client side Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
