Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a – Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Steward. This position can be located in North America, LATAM, APAC, or EMEA. Work location is flexible if approved by the Company. The ideal location will be from a Johnson & Johnson site preferably in Bridgewater, NJ or Skillman, NJ.

Great data is the secret ingredient of all high performing organizations! In this role, you are instrumental in designing and delivering highly reliable, high quality common data models that will span our global organization and systems. Beginning with identifying data consumers & suppliers, defining our requirements, and crafting a design to meet our needs, you will partner with sector and project-level data teams across the Supply Chain organization to ensure new SC investments meet our current global requirements, while being well positioned for the future. We seek a creative problem solver who will bring forth new insights, challenge the status quo, and deliver innovative, elegant solutions to enable our business through the effective use of technology across our supply chain including PLM, ERP, workflow tools and global data hubs.
Master Data Design: Define Enterprise data standards and business rules for ERP (SAP S/4). Holistic focus on the design of Customer data models/pipelines while ensuring all aspects of governance are optimized (creation & maintenance processes, change control, data quality testing, migration).
Work in collaboration with ERP Deployment Teams and Commercial Partners to ensure data capabilities follow ERP program delivery methodologies and downstream use cases.
Contribute an Enterprise lens to the development of training materials in support of developing data experts across the globe.
Assist teams with problem resolution, issue management, etc.
Ongoing Governance and Deployment: Own the continued evolution of data models through a structured change control process (impact analysis, release mgt, data changes, testing etc.).
Ensure changes to business processes are coordinated with downstream consumers and process owners.
Exhibit excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Customer Master Data within Operations/Supply Chain.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Sales & Distribution module.
Master Data Management experience in the context of large ERP SAP programs.
Experience working within an international organization, including multi-country or global implementation.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Customer Master data elements, processes, and organizational support models.
Position requires up to 25% travel, both domestic and international.
Expertise in business processes within Supply Chain Deliver functions.
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions.
Health Sciences experience.
Experience working with multiple functions, regions within J&J.
Process re-engineering experience.
