What you’ll bring with you:
Leadership in Sales Activities: Experience leading selling activities for a geographic or account-based sales territory, effectively managing and strategizing to maximize revenue potential within new accounts.
Revenue Generation: Proven ability to generate new revenue by managing several enterprise sales deals to closure on an annual basis, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Industry Expertise: Developed thought leadership and respected expertise in the ad technology industry, positioning yourself as a consultative partner rather than a transactional seller.
Business Acumen: Utilize general business acumen to uncover prospect business needs and identify how Epsilon AdTech/MarTech solutions can help prospects achieve their business goals, driving significant revenue growth as an individual contributor.
Customized Sales Presentations: Ability to create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address the core business issues and opportunities faced by prospects, showcasing the value of Epsilon's solutions.
Industry Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and personnel moves among prospect organizations, ensuring a proactive approach to market changes and opportunities.
Negotiation and Contracting: Expertise in negotiating and closing contracts with client marketing and legal stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.
Why you might stand out from other talent:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales roles, with substantial exposure to new business development.
Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of success in business development or sales roles, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the Media/Advertising market sector, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficient and confident in using technology as an integral part of the sales process, including Salesforce and various lead generation tools.
Pay Range: $139,500 - $232,500
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
