Treasury Wine Estates Sales Operations Manager in United States

Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role partners with and supports the TWE sales team and external distributors to drive operational excellence and efficiency across the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, track and report Shipment targets by Distributor

  • Timely Item Setup and portfolio updates: Ensure prompt setup and updates of items with our distributors across various platforms.

  • Product Availability Monitoring: Track and communicate product availability effectively.

  • Product Allocation Management: Oversee and manage product allocations.

  • Program Compliance: Maintain adherence to program guidelines and requirements.

  • Strategic Operational Support: Provide strategic support to enhance operational efficiency.

About you:

  • You have at least five years of experience in sales support with a focus in wine preferred.

  • You are eager to learn and love working in a team environment

  • You have a degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience

  • You are highly organized with strong communication skills

  • You have project management expertise

  • You are proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint & email

  • You have experience using JDE or a similar system

  • You have strong problem-solving abilities

  • You have a proven ability to influence action to get things done.

    Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $93,000 - $116,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Based on the location of the incumbent, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
