This person must be able to produce in-depth reporting solutions for management and our clients. As a member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for building reports that convey metrics and help identify organizational needs by collecting and monitoring relevant data points. Our Ideal candidate will be comfortable accessing multiple systems to compile custom reports that will be presented to various levels of stakeholders.

Principal/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic financial/operational reports and dashboards for use by key internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Compiles financial and operational reports to assist executive leadership with financial analysis and decision making.

  • Completes operational and financial analysis on various initiation and revenue items as requested by management.

  • Complete Client Business Reviews (quarterly, bi-annual/annual) within PowerPoint and includes operational and financial aspects of the client.

  • Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from relational databases.

  • Gather requirements, mapping, and perform testing for all projects. Analyst will manage request from beginning to end of project. Inclusive of communicating status of projects to team leadership.

  • Facilitate training for internal clients in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability.

  • Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.

Required Skills

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Strong skills in presentation and data visualization

  • Analytical Skills

  • The ability to process, compile, and interpret a wide variety of information into easy to interpret reporting and excel dashboard solutions.

  • Communication Skills

  • Need strong communication skills in order to explain and support their analyses and recommendations in meetings.

Required Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in finance and/or financial reporting, operational reporting, or data analysis

  • Experience with T-SQL a plus

  • Experience with PowerBI a plus
