JEVS Human Services Recovery Educator/Psychiatric Rehab Specialist - $1,000 signing bonus in United States

We are seeking a Recovery Educator - Psychiatric Rehab Specialist for JEVS' Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services program. This program is part of JEVS Integrated Behavioral Health, and enables adults with serious mental illness to live independently in their community and receive support to provide psychiatric stability, social competencies, skill building and personal adjustment. Services are flexible and tailored to each person’s unique desires and needs.
As the Recovery Educator - Psychiatric Rehab Specialist you will be responsible for sharing the underlying concepts necessary to recovery: hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy, and support
This position is a mobile psych role and will function 100% within the community. We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus for full timers!
Day to Day :
Work with people who have experienced psychiatric symptoms to assist them to discover the strengths they have and can use to enhance their recovery
Empower and motivate people to feel the way they want to feel, help make their lives the way they want them to be, and develop, keep and achieve life goals
Provide individual and group activities, education, skill teaching and opportunities on site and in the community
Provide telephone and face-to-face outreach to individuals in crisis or in need of additional support
Assist in the evaluation and development of methods, curriculum and materials.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required
1+ years' experience in mental health direct service

The base pay for this position ranges from $38,000 to $40,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
