We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QA Analyst to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) Product teams. The ideal candidate will be a positive and collaborative team player with a strong background in IT infrastructure and IT management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and security of our next-generation PAM and KSM products. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role
As a PAM / KSM product focused QA Analyst your primary focus will be to create, execute, and maintain test plans to ensure rigorous testing of the security and functionality of our products, with a particular emphasis on integration with IT infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Windows machines, Linux machines and databases. You’ll work closely with our development and product management teams to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations in terms of functionality, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure the quality and security of our PAM and KSM products
Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects and security issues
Ensure proper integration testing is conducted across a variety of platforms and technologies including CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps; cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP; IAM solutions like Okta, Ping Identity, and Active Directory
Perform security risk assessments and work with the security team to ensure that our products comply with industry security standards
Develop and execute stress tests to evaluate the robustness and reliability of our PAM and KSM products, especially under high-load and fault-tolerant conditions
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests and provide continuous feedback to our development teams
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience and security
Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
Ensure detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and recommendations
Research and compare similar competitor products
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in QA and security testing
Requirements
3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a security-focused role
Strong technical, written, and communication skills
Knowledge of PAM, secrets management, and security best practices
Familiarity with languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and .NET, as well as corresponding build scripts for each language
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and various integration points such as CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps), cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory)
Ability to work collaboratively with a group of team members
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or MIS or equivalent experience
