Overall Responsibilities: We’re looking for a Communications and Change Manager to work directly with project leads in HR, Real Estate/Workplace and IT and partner closely with the Talent, Engagement and Employee Communications team to develop and execute effective communications and change programs for Project Client. This will include working with Client workstream partners and stakeholders to understand the changes, sequence key milestones, address key training and enablement needs, draft help articles and user guides, and it will require close partnership with the Employee Communications team to create and distribute the materials employees need to successfully transition to new ways of working. The Communications and Change Manager will also be responsible for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of all change management campaigns and activities. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field Strong understanding of communications and change management principles and best practices Minimum 8 years of experience in communications and change management, project management or a similar role Experience with writing documentation for HR and/or IT systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization Highly adaptable and resourceful with the ability to handle dynamic situations Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Experience using Google Apps/Google Workspace Experience with graphic design or multimedia content creation is a plus.
