Avania is hiring - Project Delivery Associate M/W/D - Strategic Consulting / Emerging Technology Projects
This is newly created role in our Strategic consulting team, supporting new and emerging technology projects, an exciting opportunity to join the team.
The Project Delivery Associate role will support the Project Delivery Director (PDD) and /or Project Delivery Manager (PDM) to oversee clinical trial activities at investigational sites by collaborating with investigative sites and sponsors remotely. This role involves Clinical trial monitoring as well as Study-Specific Documents and Files
The main responsibility of this key position is to support client management and clinical trial deliverables.

We seek -
Bachelor Degree in Biology or related work experience
A minimum of 5 years in clinical research
A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated leadership as an associate or level I functional role, in clinical research, in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or device industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the role.
Extensive experience for financial oversight of a global clinical development program is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues by using independent judgment to assess the situation, quickly formulate potential solutions, and present options for resolution.
Excellent people skills and the ability to present yourself and your ideas confidently in a variety of settings.
Proven history of working within a cross-departmental team with primary focus on creating and maintaining client satisfaction.
Good organizational, time-management, and planning skills, competency in risk management with thoughtful action planning
Ability to perform in a high pressure, challenging and changing environment
Flexible and adaptable, but focused and persistent
Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
A team player with developing leadership skills
Client-focused, with attention to output and details
This role will be office based in our Frankfurt location
