What we want
The Project Coordinator II, under general supervision, supervises, coordinates, and assists with the completion of research projects. Develops and coordinates activities with project central hubs, mental health clinics, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders through full implementation. Schedules and completes participant recruitment, enrollment, and assessments and supervises project staff.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Four years of related experience in project coordination/administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of standard proofreading.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four years of related experience in working with mental health clients and their families and clinic staff.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and survey data and storage software such as REDCap.
Responsibilities:
Project Needs: Works to determine project needs related to communication, referral, management of records, and coordination of services. Trains in and implements structured clinical assessments of adolescents and children/families. Coordinates the purchase, installation, and implementation of project equipment and supplies. Maintains database integrity, security, and accuracy in documenting. Coordinates project activities including communication, screening, referral, management of records, and study services. Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross-project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed. Supervises student workers assigned to the project.
Reporting: Prepares and disseminates reports and other related referral and marketing information to key stakeholders including Institutional Review Boards. Monitors and reports to project leadership on research progress and financial activity for assigned projects. Coordinates with vendors, partners and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.
Compliance: Ensures compliance with applicable regulations including IRB, HIPAA, and FERPA. Assists with forecasting and progress reporting against milestones, budgetary updates, and the change management process. Performs other duties as assigned.
