Sinch Performance Marketing Specialist in United States

You love working with numbers and diving into data to drive your team’s marketing programs. The performance team at Sinch handles the paid search funnel for a wide portfolio of brands in the text and email SaaS space. We are looking for a teammate who is willing to be challenged and amplify our SEM performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute PPC marketing strategy and support for proposed demand programs

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive traffic and conversions

  • Track campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid initiatives to a multi-channel approach

  • Conduct robust keyword research, market research, competitive research and audience targeting research to build and maintain impactful campaigns

  • Manage ad campaign related tasks and projects - landing page construction, optimizations, keyword and search term report, ad copy and creative sourcing and managing

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience dedicated to paid campaign planning and execution in a B2B environment. SaaS experience preferred

  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities.

  • Familiar with popular landing page tools like unbounce, instapage and creative tools like Canva, figam and miro

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 is nice-to-have

  • Ability to work independently with a bias for action in a team environment

  • Experience planning media buys for niche audiences is ideal

  • Minimum 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience.

  • Technology, SaaS, and/or E-commerce experience desired.

  • Very proficient with WordPress, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Graphic design tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot experience are highly desirable.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - 100,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus.
