License/Certifications Required:
Initial NBCOT certification; NC licensure in occupational therapy (or eligible)
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years’ experience in a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation setting or a combination of clinical and school-based settings. Experience with (1) the evaluation and treatment of sensory integration/sensory processing disorders, (2) feeding and eating disorders, (3) occupation-based pediatric practice, and (4) early intervention, early screening and evaluation in pediatric clients. Experience with clinical supervision of OT graduate students. Advanced practice credentials in sensory integration/sensory processing, feeding (e.g., SOS , CFS , etc.), neurodevelopmental intervention or related.
