We're looking for a B2B Partner Manager for our Test Automation and DevSecOps portfolio of brands that will work within a successful and experienced sales team to help strengthen our partner network and increase revenue. Ranorex (https://www.ranorex.com/) is a leading low-code UI test automation tool that provides end-to-end testing of desktop, web and mobile applications. Test Automation is one of the fastest growing markets in software, and Ranorex prides itself as a leader in the market. Kiuwan (https://www.kiuwan.com/) is a SAST, SCA, and QA tool for developers to eliminate source code vulnerabilities and improve code quality. Positioned in the expanding DevSecOps market, Kiuwan automates code analysis for web, mobile, and desktop applications. PreEmptive (https://www.preemptive.com/) is a provider of application hardening solutions that safeguard software from reverse engineering, tampering, and piracy. With a focus on protecting intellectual property and application integrity, PreEmptive is at the forefront of application security.
Our offices are located in Houston and Austin, TX; however, remote applicants may apply without a requirement for future relocation. We are a worldwide brand, therefore, bilingual and multilingual applicants (e.g. English, German, Spanish, etc.) are highly demanded.
This individual must embrace and enjoy working in a start-up environment with backing from a much larger entity. If you are used to complete delegation of responsibilities to others or slow rollout of programs, this is not the role for you. We are looking for a hands-on individual to drive revenue with tactical execution of our business model. The ability to multitask, adjust processes, work with both internal and external clients, and maintain a positive drive are extremely important. The ability to handle the pressure of deadlines and manage a pipeline of projects for multiple products and brands is a must.
The Partner Manager is responsible for building and nurturing high-impact partnerships with strategic partners. From identifying opportunities to garnering trust, the Partner Manager will be in charge of maintaining a strong relationship. Their efforts should help the company earn more revenue.
The Partner Manager will participate in each stage of channel management and strategic partnerships, including:
Identifying and assessing new partnership opportunities
New partner onboarding
Managing partner relationships
Providing training and support
Generating sales
The Partner Manager might communicate daily with:
The sales team about new and existing partners
Management on strategy
Marketing communications to the partner network
Product Management on product usage, training, and requests
Technical Support about related partner managed accounts
Day-to-day Activities & Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new resellers
Network and build relationships with resellers
Coach and guide resellers to help them achieve common goals
Identify potential strategic software partnerships and OEM opportunities
Maintain relationships with strategic software partners
Provide support and training, and manage the performance of existing partners
Assist in developing collateral and sales tools that support the partner network
Participate in marketing and product customer facing webinars related to the partner network
Assist in delivery of sales training to the partner network
Work with management to set partner goals
Be able to handling multiple products, brands, and technologies
Key Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related sales or account management position
Highly organized and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and productively under pressure
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Fundamental understanding of software development life cycle preferred
Salesforce experience a plus
Highly skilled with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent technical presentation skills
Can demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment
