Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of progressive experience in the preparation and finishing of cabinetry and painting of interior and exterior walls.
Ability to communicate and interact well with other employees and departments.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with subordinates and the campus community as a whole.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, state and local building codes, environmental agency requirements and life safety standards.
