About the Position: 

The Paid Media Manager will contribute to strategic and tactical online media buying and planning for their assigned clients. The successful candidate will own media performance while leading media analysts towards the business objectives. This role reports to the Media Director.

Your Impact:  

  • Media Strategy: You’ll support the media planning process, including developing media strategies, selecting media channels, and creating media plans to effectively forecast the performance of media campaigns and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Media Expertise: You’ll bring a wealth of knowledge in building and managing paid media campaigns.

  • Leadership & Knowledge: You’ll serve as a media expert as it relates to media strategy, optimization, and management.

  • Strong Data Storyteller: Your curious, analytical approach extends to leverage data to tell a performance story to clients. This is supported by data visualization.

  • Collaboration: Your strong interpersonal skills will elicit effective collaboration with your colleagues and clients to ensure campaign goals are aligned and met.

  • Industry Knowledge: You'll maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven paid media management experience, managing successful targets beyond leads (e.g. MQLs, sales)

  • Specific platform and strategic knowledge in the following: Google Ads, Bing, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, DV360, OTT.

  • Specific analytics and reporting knowledge in the following: Google Analytics (UA and GA4); Google Tag Manager & tag

  • Ability to build dashboards in data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)

  • Strong expertise in maximizing Google Search performance and driving effective bid strategies based on capacity/demand.

  • Experience in media buying automation/AI and paid media revenue attribution.

  • A passion for keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices, with the ability to share insights with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.
