NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:
Fee for Service:
Independent license: starting at $45/hr
MA level starting at $40/hr
Salary and fee for service premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a plan to become licensed as an LICSW or LMHC within 2 years
Independent Clinical License (Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC) preferred
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
