The team is responsible for risk management, internal audit, supplier revenue, tax, insurance and investor relations, finance operations, corporate financial planning and analysis, strategy and business insights, and procurement and facilities.

_Position Overview_

Finance & Strategyis seeking an OTC Global Process Owner (Open Globally)

As a Global Process Owner in the Finance Operations Department, and specifically in the Order to Cash process area, you will play a key role in implementing Business Process Management and will be responsible for ensuring that processes meet expectations in terms of established efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and internal controls.

You will therefore be accountable for designing an effective and efficient end-to-end process, as well as leading its implementation and long-term adherence.

As the champion of the OTC processes, you take overall responsibility for process performance and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders (Client Executives, Global Customer Management team, Legal teams, Pricing teams, Communications teams, Technical and Functional support teams …) the best path for execution.

You will also partner with the process owners responsible for the other areas to eliminate any inefficiencies from cross-functional processes, as well as coordinate improvement activities

_Position Description_

  • Own the global OTC process end-to-end and ensure it is clear, documented, compliant with business requirements, and understandable for operations teams.
  • Ensure continuous standardization of the process to ensure (sub-) processes are consistently applied for all global teams.
  • Seek automation/technology enablement opportunities to reduce manual effort, and eliminate unnecessary complexities.
  • Drive end-to-end process changes related to implementation of new tools/technologies.
  • Develop and oversee new projects to drive continuous improvement and lowering cost to serve.
  • Review and provide recommendations on process-specific change requests and their prioritization (risk assessment, business case, planning, and financials …)
  • Support appropriate change management when required to support process changes (partner with external and internal communications teams, help develop and validate a training plan…)
  • Initiate relevant employee training for OTC tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain appropriate Internal Procedures, including internal control checks, best practices, and access and privileges complying with SOD requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, to continuously explore process improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor Process effectiveness after implementation andResources capacity right sizing and planning, internal and external
  • Provide (strategic) leadership and direction in the development of the process and alignment to industry best practices for OTC.
  • Be the Finance Operations representation in parallel streams and Projects (Client Master Data strategies, Global collections strategies, Global clients RFIs/RFPs, and implementation projects)
  • Help design and build Global reporting (analytics)
  • Support the Tax team for any Tax consideration as part of the OTC processes.

_Position Requirements_

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years prior accounting experience, 4 years of managerial experience
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of process and sub-process areas of OTC.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with end-to-end process-oriented thinking, combining analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Experience working in a Global environment is preferred.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and be influential.
